BW political science professor Tom Sutton is off to Africa as a Fulbright Scholar for the Spring 2014 semester.As a Fulbright grantee, Dr. Sutton will be teaching at Ghana’s University of the Cape Coast and conducting research into the parallels between recent presidential elections in Ghana and the United States.
